Check out recent Initiate updates and what is soon to come.
Platform Updates- Business Self Assessment Trends Page: On the Trends tab you can view a break down of learner responses to the Business Self Assessment. This page compares a learner's first business assessment to the most recent to give you a full picture of their progress. Remind your learners to retake the Business Self Assessment every few months to get the most out of the data!
- Invitations Report: Org Admin can now see a report of all invitations sent by the organization's advisors and what invites have been redeemed. This can be found on the Reports page.
- Manually Send Password Reset Email: On the User Management page, advisors can now manually send a password reset email to a learner struggling to login. Click the three dots to the right of the user's name and "Reset Password."
- Delete Action Items: Advisors are now able to delete action items for their learners if they were assigned by mistake. On the Activity page, use the drop down to find the learner's name. Their list of assigned action items will appear below and a trash icon will be next to each item.
- Integrated Business Self Assessment: The Business Self Assessment Resource is now fully integrated into Initiate. Learners will be prompted to take the assessment every three months and resources will be suggested based on their responses. Their average score and date of the last completion of the Business Assessment can be found on the All User Activity report.
- Improved Module Process: After completing a resource within a module, a learner will be redirected to the module to encourage them to continue on to the next resource.
- Reminder Emails for Overdue Action Items: When an action item becomes past due Learners will now receive a reminder email.
- Deleting Unredeemed Invites: Invites that have not been redeemed will automatically be deleted after one month. Rest assured, you can still invite that learner again in the future, but the long list of outdated invites will no longer clog up the page!
- Action Item Due Dates: When Assigning an action item, you now have the option to add a due date. The date will turn red when it is overdue.
- Reassigning learners: Transfer learners to a different advisor with the click of a button. Simply navigate to the User Management page, follow the normal steps to delete an advisor's role and you will be prompted to choose a new advisor for the learners before deleting the advisor's role.
- Break-Even & Target Profit Template: This resource has been retired, the template is still available as a download in the Break-Even Sales Calculator.
- Formatting options for custom content: Basic formatting has been added to the custom content feature. This includes headers, bullet points, bold and italics. Soon you will be able to add external links to text as well.
