Platform Updates & Enhancements
Check out recent Initiate updates and what is soon to come.
2026 Platform Updates
- Updated User Count for Org Admins: Subscribers with a basic subscription can now see how many active seats are being used out of their licensed total on the Manage Users page. The "Active" seat count inlcudes only users who have logged in and utilized the platform, it will not include users that created accounts and never logged back in. Seat count is not shown for Orgs with unlimited seats.
- Custom Tags on Invitations: A new "Custom Tag" field has been added to the user invite form. This allows subscribers to label invites by cohort, program, class, or any other grouping (e.g., "Fall 2026 Cohort"). The tag carries over to reports, so you can track users by the tag they were invited with. Tags can also be edited on the Manage User page — org admins and advisors can update a user's tag directly without needing to re-invite them.
- Sequential Modules: Modules can now be set up so that users must complete resources in order. If a module is marked as sequential, users see their progress ("3 of 7 completed") and cannot skip ahead.
- Custom Content Categories: Subscribers with a custom content add-on can now create categories to organize their custom content. Resources without a category appear in an "Uncategorized" section. Resources are sorted alphabetically within categories.
- Shared Organization Action Plans: Org admins can now create action plans that are shared across their organization. All advisors in the org can see and use these plans. The action plans page now separates personal plans from organization plans.
- A horizontal scroll bar has been added at the top of the reports on the reports page so you can view all of the snapshot information available without having to export.
- A bug causing Advisors to jump to their own Business Assessment when clicking from the activity page of their learners has been fixed. Advisors should now be able to find their learner from the dropdown on the activity page, click the Business Assessment tab and see listed Business Assessments saved by that learner. Click on an assessment under the list of saved assessments to see individual answers.
-
The "Save," button on the Business Self Assessment has been updated to read "Save and Complete." This was done to avoid confusion as the Business Self Assessment cannot save until it is fully filled out.
